Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in defective condition
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and personal care standards, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
